CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When you purchase from our collection you are buying an original hand crafted design. Vintage materials are often sourced to add to the charm and antique style of our products. It is not uncommon for our products to have unique, tiny imperfections, however, we like to think this adds to its charm and originality.

Whilst our products are beautiful and delicate they are suitable for gentle play under supervision. Please bear in mind they are designed for special occasional wear.  Spot cleaning with a damp cloth can often remove dust or dirt. A hair dryer on a cool heat will blow off dust residue.

SAFETY

Our products are handmade and designed with care but in the interest of your child’s safety we would like to remind you that our products do contain small parts that may pose a potential choking hazard. Never leave your child unattended with items that contain small parts.

PLACING AN ORDER

We are located in Perth Western Australia. Perth customers are welcome to contact us for local pick up.

Website: We are open 24 hours a day!  Please add the items to your cart, select checkout and then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any comments.

PAYMENTS

We use a secure payment gateway & PayPal- which are both secure for all online orders as no card details are stored.

We can also process orders to be sent in Australia via direct deposit (online banking).

PRICING

All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars. To change this, please select your currency in the drop-down menu at the top-right of each screen.

DELIVERY (AUSTRALIAN ORDERS)

Please allow an average 5-7 business days* to receive your orders in Australia- as delivery times depend on your location. Regional areas will require extra time.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once the parcel has been dispatched a tracking number will be issued against all consignments for customers to track with Australia Post. If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process or your parcel is unclaimed/unsuccessful in delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee.

DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Our shipping services have a 10-18 business day* delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination and in some cases may take up to 30 or more days). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays. We will email you when your order has been dispatched with the consignment number and method sent. 

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. This will be an additional charge of $4.99AUD. We will not send parcels without a signature. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office or reschedule a redelivery date via your tracking link.

We ship orders worldwide on a daily basis. 

Should you require urgent delivery we can organise DHL service.

Any overseas customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Customs policies and charges vary greatly from one country to another and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where charges are due this may impact the time it takes your order to reach you.

OTHER

If there are weather issues in your country at the time of transit, this can cause further delays of up to 30 days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

*NOTE: PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - All orders placed on Australia Public Holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

 

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours.  We will require a photograph of the damaged area.

All goods will be inspected on return. If the item(s) have a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you, alternatively a refund will be processed.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Damaged soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.
